We built a customized Jubilee with J. L. Jones Homes Inc.  We initially choose the home because of its comfortable family friendly floor plan and amazing utilization of space.  Our final decision to build with J. L. Jones Homes Inc. came after meeting with Larry.  He was very receptive to our comments and ideas.  He helped us to customize the standard layout to better accommodate our family and it’s ever changing needs.

Although the building process was a long one, Larry kept us informed every step of the way.  We enjoyed working with him and his subcontractors throughout the process.  Larry continued to put forth ideas to mold the home into the one of our dreams.

The final result is a wonderfully crafted home that we will enjoy for years to come!

Larry’s follow up after we moved in has been wonderful as well.  We are very happy with our home and the process that got us to this point.  We have and will again recommend that others build with J. L. Jones Homes Inc.

In our opinion, anyone who decides to go with a J. L. Jones Home will not be disappointed. We knew the minute we stepped into one of Larry’s model homes that it was the one for us.  It was beautiful, very well built and very functional for our family of seven.  Larry was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely great to work with.  I wish everyone could have such a great building experience like we did!

In 2002, we chose Larry Jones as our home builder upon the recommendation of a friend and we were very pleased with the results.

We knew what we wanted in a home and had drawn up some rough plans, basically some sketches, of a home floor plan that we thought would work for us.  Larry took the plans, had them engineered and made some modifications that he thought would improve upon our design.  We were delighted in how the plans turned out and went forward with them.

Because this was a fully custom design, there were unexpected twists and turns in the building process and Larry was able to adapt to them all.  We upgraded many features as we found things along the way which we wanted to add to the home and Larry always showed patience and had suggestions about how to best accomplish what we wanted to change!  Even when I called two or three times a day to ask questions or let him know of new ideas...he never flinched.  He incorporated them into the plans and went forward.

The end result was a home that we have enjoyed now for four years.  It is a solidly built, quiet home with everything we wanted!  The longer we are here the more we love it!  The quality of the workmanship was very good and it shows.  There is still not a squeak in the floor anywhere and we can barely hear the wind outside on the windiest day!  Larry built us a top-notch home that has already increased over 20% in appraised value just in the four years we’ve lived here!

I would have no hesitation in asking him to build another for us in the future!

What a great experience it was to work with Larry!  I had heard the horror stories about building a new home and decided to interview several builders and see if I could get comfortable with someone.  Larry was the only one who was able to answer all of my questions in our initial meeting and gave me an immediate confidence that he was trustworthy, cared about his customers and would do everything he could to make the experience positive for us.  And he did.  During the building process he was always candid and upfront with us – we did not have any surprises in costs.  He went out of his way to not only make the process easy for us, but he built an amazing home.  We are so pleased with the quality and the little extras Larry includes in his plan (we have the Celebration model).  It is evident he takes great pride in his homes and makes a personal effort to address questions and issues that arise throughout the process.  Two months after moving in he has continued to be responsive and address anything that comes up.  Larry is a class act.
